Huge thank you to professional Ironwoman Lizzie Welborn (@lizziewelborn) for presenting to our High Potential & Gifted (HPG) female student-athletes today.

Lizzie presented her KaMana Community (@kamanacommunity) workshop which aims to provide young female athletes with an opportunity to build confidence and reach their potential. Students learnt about important strategies for refuelling their bodies to improve performance.
